Account & Data Deletion

This document is a guide for a user who wishes to delete his/her account and all related data from RICHHASH mobile application. 

Step 1

Click on the Profile Icon on the top right corner of the App

Step 2

Scroll down to the bottom and click on the Setting Page

Step 3

Click on the ‘Request to Delete Account & Data’ button

Step 4

If the request is successfully received you will see above

Note that the complete data deletion process will take up t o 48 hours. 

During that time user will see the “This account is marked for Deletion” label as shown in the above Step 4.

User will be able to continue using the app during this time. 

Note: If the user wishes to email us and request a data deletion, that is also possible. Please email us to [email protected] via the same email address you used to create the account and request for a full data deletion.
