This document sets forth the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for using Richhash (“the App”), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By accessing or using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable guidelines or policies. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

2. User Account

2.1 Account Creation:

To access certain features of the App, you will need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.2 Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Premium Content and Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Services:

The App offers premium content accessible through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play Store (for Android users).

3.2 Payment:

By subscribing to premium content, you authorize the App to charge your selected payment method through the respective app store. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership:

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or display on the App. By providing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content in connection with the App.

4.2 User Responsibilities:

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload content that violates the law or the rights of others.

5. Privacy

5.1 Data Collection:

We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information.

6. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or any user accounts.
